I've tried some bread recipes require no kneading added. Absence from work is still some bread with good fluffiness. However, their masses tend to be very soft and sticky , so we have to work efficiently, which also involves our ability to maneuver and mass manipulation can not be absent.

To fill, which contains sugar + cinnamon, of course, is always welcome, but my favorite is ham & scallion, this version is very popular in Hong Kong.

Ingredients (for 5 threads, 28 cm long)
    100 g of milk
  • 50 g butter 50 g sugar
  • 100 to 130 g of warm water
  • 25 g fresh yeast 450 g
  • flour a pinch of salt
  • 1 egg (1 egg beaten to paint)
  • (for filling can be sweet as Azuar + butter + cinnamon or be salted and chopped scallion + ham + olive oil + sea salt )
  1. Heat the milk with the butter and sugar over low heat until the butter is melting. Leave the fire. In
  2. Tazo, incorporates the yeast with a little aqua. In
  3. a large bowl, mix flour, salt, egg, milk mixture, yeast mixture and water, with a help of a wooden spoon. Are thoroughly mixed together for all amalgamated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic film and allowed to grow for 2 hours or more in a refrigerator.
  5. Divide the dough into 5 portions. Stretch each a rectangular shape and fills each rectangle to your liking. I rolled up, cut it (see drawing 周 老师), twist it, the sides are cut out. Paint it with a little beaten egg, let stand in warm place 1 hour.
  6. Bake 15 minutes at 175 degree hot oven.
